On the morning of May 20, Prof. Avinandan Mukherjee, Vice President of Marshall University, visited IC (International College), XMU (Xiamen University). Zhou Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the IC and Professor Tao Tao, Dean of IC, received the guests and participated in the discussion and exchange.

President Tao Tao extended a warm welcome to Vice President Avinandan Mukherjee and his delegation and briefly introduced the history and development of IC. He said that since its establishment, IC has continuously deepened the exchange and cooperation with high-level foreign colleges and universities, continued to expand the field of cooperation, and the scale of the school and the quality of student training have been improved year by year, ranking in the forefront of similar domestic colleges and universities, and has been fully affirmed by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) of the Ministry of Education of China.

Avinandan Mukherhee, introduced the history of Marshall University in the United States, the major setting and the cooperation of domestic and abroad colleges and universities in school running, hoping to cooperate with IC in business, art design and other majors.

Both sides agreed to continue to maintain close communication on the cooperation mode, curriculum settings and other matters, and work together to promote the efficient implementation of the program.
